The Inspiration Behind 'He Has Come'
Crafting a Message of Hope and Redemption
It’s become a tradition to write a Christmas song each year that we record with the whole family. As I thought about what to write about, I considered something more light-hearted and fun for the grandkids that focused more on the nostalia of Christmas. But as I sat to write, I was suprised how immediately I was drawn to scriptures about the Savior and His majesty and power!
I looked up as many references to His name as I could find – and there are many! This song unfolded so differently than I had planned, but I love it and it came out perfect for the true purpose and celebration of Christmas. HE HAS COME!
