Last Sunday night, something incredible happened.

About 60 singers gathered at our home, and we turned our downstairs into a recording studio to record chorus numbers for ESTHER. As I listened, I stood in awe of the doors God is opening. The singers were amazing – each part perfectly balanced – Keith McCauley (music friend/choir director), offered to organize the rehearsal so I could record and it was phenomenal.

Rehearsing Beautiful Faith right before we recorded it!

Before the new year I felt deeply inspired to write a musical about ESTHER. Since then I have immersed myself in the Book of Esther, the history of ancient Persia, and the world of King Ahasuerus. The more I studied, the more I felt certain: Her story needs to be told again.

ESTHER is a true heroine – an instrument of peace in God’s hands. At a moment her people were faced with destruction, she chose courage over fear, faith over comfort, and love over self-preservation. Her story still speaks powerfully to families today.

What gave her this courage… this selflessness?

I’d love to invite you to be a part of this journey. In the coming weeks, we’ll host an ESTHER MUSIC SHOWCASE/ Fundraiser and share more of the vision.

If this project speaks to your heart, would you:

Every bit of support helps move the music and production forward. ESTHER’S story deserves to be told again—through a lens of what families need today. My daughter, Kylie, is singing the role of ESTHER and on our website you hear a preview of some of the songs.

We all need true examples of ordinary people who become extraordinary through their faith – people who exemplify courage under pressure, faith in the face of the unknown, and a willingness to surrender their lives to God’s will.

We need examples that remind us God has a purpose for each of us and that, as we trust Him, those purposes unfold in beautiful and often miraculous ways.

Music is a storyteller. It has the power to teach, inspire, and touch hearts without feeling like a lecture.

Ultimately, I wrote this musical because I believe that when we let God prevail in our lives, He can make far more of them than we could ever make on our own. Each of us is His child—divine in worth—and each of us can become an instrument of peace in His hands.
