IN YOUR HANDS, EL SHADDAI
Explore the Vision
ESTHER began as a desire to explore one of the most remarkable stories of courage found in scripture.
This musical seeks to present that story with beauty, emotional depth, and reverence, blending cinematic storytelling with music that invites audiences to feel the weight of Esther’s decision and the quiet power of faith.
My hope is that this project will grow into a work that inspires audiences to recognize their own moments of courage.
…In the ancient Persian empire, a young Jewish woman named Hadassah is unexpectedly – yet providently called into the royal palace – taking the name ESTHER. As queen, she must confront a moment that will determine the fate of her people.
Set against the grandeur of the Persian court, this musical explores courage, identity, loyalty, and faith — and the quiet ways God works through ordinary people placed in extraordinary circumstances.
